Hu's Asian Bistro uses only the finest ingredients, including all-natural, fresh, air-chilled chicken, raised without the use of unnecessary chemicals. Our beef is certified Canadian Sterling Silver and our seafood is fresh whenever possible or individually quick-frozen right out of the nets. All of our pork is delivered fresh, then marinated for 24 hours and slow roasted to bring out its entire natural flavour. We seek out and use only seasonal vegetables from premium growers. Our cooking oils contain no trans-fats, and we use only the finest sesame oils and low-sodium soy sauce in our kitchen.  Our high-energy, open kitchen concept serves up delicious Asian food with dishes from China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

Hu's Bar & Grill features a casual menu with several unique pan Asian dishes sizzling from our woks, plus appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and Winnipeg’s best wings! Individual entrees are also available including steaks, chicken, ribs and fish.
